We start with a trip to British Columbia in the fall of every year to pick up fresh Ambrosia apples direct from the growers. We peel, core and slice these beauties and turn them into an amazing pie filling. We fill our signature pie crust with this filling and offer it to you baked and ready to eat, or frozen unbaked, so you can fill your house with the aroma of fresh baked pie!
